The SignatureMD Executive Physical is an annual physical exam that enables your physician to establish your health baseline and customize a health and wellness plan for you. A key component of SignatureMD’s mission is to identify health issues early and prevent them from developing into a health crisis. The Executive Physical serves as the cornerstone of that mission. Your executive physical will take approximately 90 minutes and uses cutting edge diagnostics and testing to ensure that you and your SignatureMD physician have a comprehensive understanding of your health status.

While each SignatureMD-affiliated physician custom designs his or her own executive physical for you, typically the SignatureMD Executive Physical exam and consultation includes a (an):

• Thorough history and physical exam.
• Extensive review of all medical records (including immunizations and dates of your last colonoscopy, mammogram, pap smear, etc…).
• Comprehensive lab series.
• Resting EKG.
• Exercise prescription.
• Discussion of health risk factors for cancer and heart disease.
• Laboratory results review.
• Skin cancer assessment.
• Review of all treatment plan recommendations and overall wellness and prevention planning, and referral services.*

(*) Beyond these tests and assessments, the key difference between a SignatureMD Executive Physical and other so-called “thorough” physicals is the hour-long, unique follow up consultation that sets the standard for health care.
